What an incredible experience with Travellers Van! The pickup and drop-off were flawless, making everything so easy and stress-free. The van was perfect, clean, and comfortable, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I can’t recommend them enough – definitely made our trip unforgettable!
Travellers Autobarn really exceeded our expectations! The van was modern, well-equipped, and incredibly easy to handle driving. We took it to a women’s retreat in Lake Piru and it doubled as our changing room, workspace, and cozy sleeping spot. We were able to charge our devices, work comfortably, make coffee and breakfast in the morning and it was a game changer from sleeping in a tent. The entire rental process was a breeze, and the van made our trip unforgettable. We’ll definitely be renting again!
I recently rented a camper van from Travellers Autobarn for a road trip through California, from Los Angeles to Yosemite, San Francisco, and down the stunning Big Sur coast, and it was absolutely amazing! The van was super clean, reliable, and comfortable, with everything I needed for life on the road. The team at Travellers Autobarn made the whole process so easy. From booking to pickup and drop-off, they were friendly, professional, and genuinely excited about helping me plan the perfect trip. I loved having the freedom to explore at my own pace and wake up to incredible views every day. If you’re thinking about a California road trip, I can’t recommend Travellers Autobarn enough. It’s the best way to see the state with total freedom, adventure, and great vibes all the way!
We rented Kuga Campervan for almost 3 weeks, travelled 2500 miles and were very happy about the choice. Pick up was quick and easy, the same with drop off. One very small issue we noticed was very loose solar panel's USB charging outlet, but most of the time we were charging our stuff through USB chargers in driver's cabin. Kuga is small enough, so we could enter some smaller roads e.g. in Sequoia Park or access some camping sites that were not allowed for normal size RV's, so we weren't limited at all while making our travel plans.

Simply amazing. I rented at the end of December 2024, the beginning of 2025, and in October 2025. Both times were excellent – good cars and a friendly team of staff. In October 2025, I found the phone team’s service a bit slow. But overall, it deserves 5 stars. I will rent again without a doubt. Thank you to everyone who is part of this company.
Rented a van in Oakland and did a Sierra road trip for some hiking and fall foolish. Returned in LA. In both cases, staff was super helpful and friendly. The van itself did a great job. Not the most stylish or speedy option out there, but mechanically very sound and we only needed the solar panels to keep groceries cold for 4-5 days. We had the Ford Transit High 5. The kitchen is very easy to use. Sleeping setup was comfortable both upstairs and down. Great value for the cash and it gave us the chance to live that vanlife without the hassle of carrying much extra gear beyond a few blankets.
Epic way to cruise California. Had an excellent experience picking up, using and dropping off the van, would highly recommend for any adventurer on a bit of a budget. We took the Kuga out for two weeks to Yosemite and over to Monterey and it provided comfort and safety for our whole trip. Really comfy bed and awesome gas cooker and fridge. So nice to have solar power keeping everything running off a separate battery. NB not built for off roading so worth getting a 4x4 if you want to go to more remote spots. Having said that the van felt really solid and reliable even up some really steep roads (albeit slowly). The whole experience was amazing and made our trip to have this van. Big thanks to the folks at the San Francisco branch for sorting us out before and after the trip - they were so kind and helpful, made us really confident in the quality of the camper and even helped us with the bus fare back to the train station! 10/10 recommend.
I rented a Chevy Fuga van for a week, and Me and my daughter loved the fly by the seat of your pants approach to a travel excursion. The solar panel kept a bag of ice frozen for the entire week! It sleeps/drive 3 comfortably. Pickup and Dropoff were a cinch, even accommodating after hours pickup/drop-off (only available in San Francisco). One important note is that it is difficult to find parking in metropolitan areas, predominantly with parking garages. and the personnel were fabulous; Zia was very personable and helpful and showed us the ropes prior to disembarking. Upon the return, I inquired how the Ford Hi-8 was different, and in retrospect I would have opted for that, but was thoroughly pleased with my experience and would recommend this company to anyone looking for a great way to see the Pacific wonderland. I do recommend opting for the FM receiver if you want to listen to your own tunes, and Zia even tossed in the phone holder which I didn't originally opt in, and that was a great addition. Super laid-back campervan rental. Everything is sturdy and robust, and when returning the van they only check if everything still works – no fuss about scratches or a broken plate. For us, the Kuga was perfect because the three of us could sit together in the front. The seats are comfortable enough for long drives. The beds were also fine, and the rented sleeping bags, pillows, and towels were really convenient. We drove 6,600 km in 4 weeks. The van and interior are a bit worn, but that actually meant our 5-year-old Tasmanian devil couldn’t really do any harm. Of course, the van isn’t exactly fuel efficient, but that’s balanced out by the unlimited mileage. We had a brief moment with road assistance when the battery light came on, but they helped us quickly and efficiently. The booking team was also great when we needed to make a last-minute change. The price–quality ratio is excellent. Customer service and assistance are easy to reach and respond quickly. We would definitely rent a camper from this company again.
LAS VEGAS
My husband and I took a 22 day roadtrip and rented the Kuga. It was the perfect size for us and it got great fuel mileage. The van even having alot of miles on it was a great van. It pulled hills/mountains like nothing. We had amazing service renting, checking in and out. We fully plan on taking some smaller trips in the near future and will use you all again. Thanks for making our roadtrip possible and providing us quality vehicles and reasonably priced options.
We arrived at 10am to pick up our Kuga van and the process was quick and simple. Our guy Zia got us all set up - really friendly, easygoing guy who made sure we had everything we needed for a quick three night trip to Zion! The van ran fine and had all the amenities to make it a perfect trip. Drop off was even easier, we were out of there in 10 minutes or less. Overall, great location to pick up one of these rental vans and is a great starting point for visiting one of the many beautiful national parks just a few hours away. Would recommend!
Excellent Ford van, great handling and gas mileage of and about 17.5 MPG, excellent pick up and drop off. We did 2500 miles across Las Vegas - UT - NM -AZ - and the van ran well and the inside pieces (fridge stove water) work great. If 2 people get the vans that have a lower bed; the 5 person unit we had was better for smaller shorter people and the top bunk is cramped, but that's just us not having reserved early enough the right unit. Great people and fast thorough service picking up and dropping off. Wil rent again from TA
I had the most amazing time. Was nervous renting from out of country but Zia out of Las Vegas was amazing. Easy from start to finish. Helpful and replies are very quick when your on the road so there is no stress. I will definately do this again.
We have rented a campervan from Travellers Autobarn over ten times now and we have yet to have a single issue. Excellent customer service, well equipped and maintained vans, and the best pricing around with many things included, especially mileage! I highly recommend Travellers Autobarn!
